Policy

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• DEPOSIT*  • A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $20 is required when booking. Remainder must be paid via booking site, Cash or Apple Pay. (You can also choose to pay in full upon booking).  
•    • Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes! No eye makeup, no mascara, no lotion or oil. 
•  COVID-19 SAFTEY GUIDELINES •No extra guest or children  
•   LATE POLICY  •If you happen to be late, each appointment has a 10 minute grace period. Any time after 10 minutes will result in a $15 late fee or your appointment will have to be rescheduled. 
•  CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact Divine Lashes 2.0 within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. NO CALL NO SHOW will automatically be billed a payment of 50% of service price.  
•   You will receive two emails. One prior to booking and one 24 hours before your appointment.
